Prior to your wedding day, we’ll work closely with you to plan every detail of your celebration, from timeline development and reception flow to music selections for the moments that matter most. Together, we’ll create a customized experience that fits your style, energy, and the overall atmosphere you want your guests to feel throughout the evening.

In addition to personalized entertainment and seamless reception coverage, couples also have the option to enhance their experience with wedding coordination services through the Infinity Sounds team. This allows for more cohesive communication, intentional timeline management, and a smoother overall wedding day experience from start to finish.
This package includes Infinity Sounds DJ and entertainment services. Wedding coordination is not included and may be added separately through Infinity & Co.

At this time, our coordination services are exclusively available for couples who have booked Infinity Sounds MN for their wedding entertainment services. Because our approach is centered around creating a cohesive DJ + coordination experience, we intentionally limit coordination availability to Infinity Sounds couples to ensure every wedding receives a high level of attention, communication, and support.
DOES DJ PACKAGE PRICING INCLUDE WEDDING COORDINATION?
No. Infinity Sounds DJ entertainment and Infinity & Co. wedding coordination are separate services with separate pricing.
DO WE NEED TO BOOK COORDINATION SERVICES RIGHT AWAY?
Not at all. Many couples initially reserve their wedding date for DJ services and choose to add coordination support later in the planning process. As long as availability allows, coordination services can typically be added at a later date to help with timeline management, vendor communication, ceremony coordination, and overall wedding day flow.

Absolutely. One of the biggest parts of our role is ensuring your vendor team stays informed, aligned, and supported leading up to and throughout your wedding day.

Yes! Timeline creation and flow management are one of the most valuable pieces of our process. We work closely with you and your vendors to create a timeline that feels smooth, realistic, and enjoyable.
